Order Processing
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
During peak periods or promotional campaigns, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA & Canada: 7 business days
- Worldwide: Up to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, import taxes, or any other government-imposed fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any exception is solely at Nile Yarn’s discretion and only after the shipment has been returned to us in its original condition. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any approved refund.
Retail vs. Wholesale Shipping
Shipping rates displayed on our website apply exclusively to online retail orders.
Wholesale (B2B) shipping rates are quoted separately based on destination, shipment weight, and shipping method.
Product Availability
Products that are no longer available will either be removed from the website or marked as Out of Stock.
Due to real-time inventory fluctuations, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer either a full refund for the unavailable item or a suitable replacement.
Force Majeure
Nile Yarn shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, terrorism, government actions, sanctions, natural disasters, labor disputes, port congestion, carrier delays, customs inspections, or disruptions to transportation or logistics. Delivery estimates shall be extended accordingly.
