 Duties, Taxes & Fees

These costs are collected by the shipping carrier or customs office and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Nile Yarn is not liable for these additional charges.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

 Retail vs. Wholesale Shipping
Shipping rates shown on our website apply exclusively to online retail orders.
Wholesale (B2B) orders are subject to separate shipping rates, which vary based on shipping zone and total weight.

Product Availability
Products that are no longer available will either be removed from the website or marked as Out of Stock on the product page.
Due to real-time inventory fluctuations, items that appear available at the time of purchase may occasionally be out of stock.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange either a refund or a replacement item.
