This policy explains what personal information Nile Yarn (operated by Tradelink Co., Cairo, Egypt) collects through nileyarn.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Sample requests and wholesale enquiries: your name, email, business name, country, website or Instagram, business type, the yarns and colours you're interested in, your postal address and your message.
- Pattern purchases: your name, email and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't see or store your full card details.
- Newsletter: your name and email, if you subscribe.
- Website use: technical information such as device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send samples, prepare quotes and fulfil orders.
- To deliver digital patterns you buy.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run our business: Shopify (our website platform), payment providers, carriers that deliver samples and orders, and analytics and advertising tools when you accept their cookies. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and as long as tax and accounting law requires for orders.
