Returns & Replacements
At Nile Yarn, we take pride in the quality of our products. As our products are consumable craft materials, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@nileyarn.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization. Photos or other proof of the defect may be required for review.
Once your claim is approved, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost. Returns or refunds are not available for reasons other than verified product defects.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they enter the packing and shipping process.
If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, a full refund, including any delivery charges paid, will be issued. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
To request an order cancellation, please email info@nileyarn.com as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- Packages may be opened by your local customs authorities for inspection.
- Refunds, when applicable, may take several weeks to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
